  • Active directory Object(User/Computer), OU creation.
  • Creating new Group Policies as per request and updating
  • Managing security groups.
  • Handling Account Lockout issue, password reset incients.
  • Root cause analysis for the server hung/unexpected reboot.
  • Memory dump analysis for unexpected shutdowns.
  • Troubleshooting BSOD issues on servers.
  • Checking event logs and ILO logs from ILO.
